I am a psychotherapist, and sex therapist specializing in perinatal mental health.
My interest in people and my desire to understand human behavior led me to study psychology in Spain, after which I completed advanced training in psychotherapy in London. Since then, I have worked in the United Kingdom, Spain, and Germany, gaining valuable experience in diverse settings. I have collaborated with German and Spanish child protection services and have directed a foster care organization.

In my professional practice, I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and families from disadvantaged backgrounds, addressing issues such as social exclusion, suicidal thoughts, abuse, self-harm, low self-esteem, anxiety, learning difficulties, and addiction. In addition, I have co-facilitated Gestalt therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) groups focused on personal development and the treatment of chronic fatigue.
My own experience as a mother revealed to me the lack of support and understanding that women often face during one of the most vulnerable times of their lives. This personal experience inspired me to create a service dedicated to providing mothers and fathers with the support, information, and resources they need during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.
I offer both online and in-person sessions in English and Spanish for individuals and couples, and my practice is located in Fuengirola, on the Costa del Sol. My mission is to empower my clients by providing compassionate care and personalized support during their most challenging times, helping them gain awareness and take control of their lives.

A safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space designed exclusively for you. I’ll help you understand your emotions, manage anxiety or stress, overcome personal obstacles, and develop practical tools that will allow you to take back control of your life and improve your daily well-being.

Sexuality is a fundamental part of our well-being, but it is often accompanied by doubts, taboos, or frustration. In our sessions, we address sexual dysfunction, low libido, insecurities, or any other challenges that prevent you from enjoying a fulfilling, healthy, and satisfying intimate life in a natural and professional manner.

Crises, communication issues, and emotional distance are common challenges in relationships. We work together to identify the patterns that are driving you apart, rebuild trust, improve communication, and rekindle your emotional and sexual connection based on mutual respect.

Becoming a mother or father brings about a profound emotional transformation. This service is designed to support you through your journey toward pregnancy, pregnancy itself, the postpartum period, and the early years of parenting. I offer specialized support for pregnancy-related anxiety, fear of childbirth, postpartum depression, and perinatal grief.
Your birth story deserves to be heard
A safe space to process, understand, and heal from your birth experience
Childbirth doesn’t always go as we expect. And even when it does, the experience can leave us with unexpected feelings: shock, sadness, anger, confusion, or a strange sense of loss.
For many women, these feelings go unnoticed. You’re told to focus on your healthy baby. To move on. But your experience matters too, and talking about it can make a big difference.
A postpartum reflection session is a dedicated session (or series of sessions) where we sit down together and go over your birth experience at your own pace. We explore what happened, how it made you feel, what questions you still have, and we work to make sense of it all.
A postpartum reflection session can be helpful if:
You don’t have to have had a “difficult” birth to benefit from a postpartum reflection session. Any birth that has left you with unanswered questions or difficult emotions deserves to be explored.
I offer postpartum reflection sessions in English and Spanish, both online and in person in Fuengirola, in a quiet, relaxed space that’s entirely focused on you.

I have advanced training and experience in clinical psychology, couples therapy, sexual health, and perinatal psychology. This allows me to offer you in-depth support tailored to your individual needs or those of your relationship.

Whether you visit my office in Fuengirola or join an online session, you’ll find a warm, peaceful, non-judgmental space where your privacy is strictly protected. It’s a place designed so you can express yourself with complete peace of mind and freedom.

I understand the demands of modern life and the challenges of motherhood or work. That’s why I offer flexible scheduling from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and the option to have your sessions in person or online, with the same level of care and effectiveness.
If you have any questions about the services or would like to schedule your first session, please feel free to contact me. I’d be happy to help.
